The theatrical screening at Scotiabank Theatre Chinook is strictly restricted to ages 14+. Parental guidance is mandatory. Both the Red Carpet Industry Mixer and the NOCTURNE Afterparty at Commonwealth Bar & Stage are strictly 18+ events.
What are all-inclusive passes?
There are two all-inclusive pass options. The full bundle combines access to the premiere, red-carpet mixer, and after-party. Guests who cannot attend the screening can choose the Commonwealth All-Inclusive Bundle, available through the Red-Carpet Industry Mixer event, which covers the Commonwealth portions of the night.
Is government-issued physical ID required?
Yes, a valid government-issued physical photo ID is legally required for entry to all events, specifically the 18+ venues. Digital copies or scans will not be accepted.
Is there a dress code?

What is the refund and ticket transfer policy?

What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?
While we strive to execute all events exactly as planned, unforeseen circumstances can occur in live event production:
Event Cancellation: If House of Films must cancel the event in its entirety, you will automatically receive a full refund (including GST, minus any non-refundable ticketing platform fees) to your original method of payment.
Rescheduling: If the event is postponed or the venue is changed, your tickets will automatically remain valid for the new date or location. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you will be provided with a specified time window to request a full refund.
